The Rookery Building, Chicago, IL - 1905

The Rookery, on the National Register of Historic Places, is one of the most highly recognized buildings in Chicago. Wright was hired to update its stunning two story sky-lit lobby in 1905. This product was adapted from a detail of the balustrade accenting the staircases and second floor.
