You have decided to explore the options of adding laser-cut panels to your project. With your application in mind, you can choose a pattern from our expansive library, or utilize our services of creating a laser-ready pattern from your inspiration.

Materials and finish options should also be explored based on how you will apply the laser-cut panels.

QUOTE

Whether you would like to communicate over the phone or online, our internal project manager’s will discuss your project details and make suggestions considering aesthetics, safety and environment.

Other details will include setup fees, border size, pattern scale, material type and thickness.

CONFIRM

Details — Place Order — Pay Deposit

Once details are finalized and you are ready to place your order, a 50% deposit is required, with final balance due at time of shipping. Once your deposit is received, the production process begins.

PROOF

A proof is created illustrating relevant details: pattern, dimensions, border, size, material choice, thickness, and finish. We will email you the proof for review. Revisions will be made if needed.

Once the proof is approved,and deposit has been received, production lead time begins.

PRODUCTION

Manufacturing begins once your deposit has been received and your proof has been approved.

Panels are laser-cut and finished to your specifications, followed by inspection before being packaged in our custom plywood crate and sandwiched in layers of foam.

DELIVERY

Once your panels are inspected and crated, we will ship your order using dependable carriers with prompt delivery.

Final payment is due at time of shipment and we encourage you to inspect your crate for any damage before giving your signature.
