Ron Macken started Lightwave Laser in 2004. Our products and services have evolved over the years, although we have always focused on decorative laser-cutting. Ron has more than 20 years experience in the field, including expertise in machine design, programming, and manufacturing. After working with talented designers and artists for many years, Ron began creating original art about two years ago (artist statement).

Joanne Klein helps customers with projects from start to finish. She has many years of experience as a freelance graphic designer and also has a fine arts background.

Wendy Alton handles a variety of customer support responsibilities, including shipping and manufacturing scheduling. She is experienced in woodworking and has run her own business in the past.
